Working Principle

The soil moisture sensor measures the moisture content in the soil by detecting its electrical conductivity. When the soil is dry, the sensor output activates the Red LED, indicating low moisture. When the soil is wet, the sensor detects higher conductivity and activates the Green LED, indicating sufficient moisture. The circuit operates using a 9V battery and provides a simple visual indication of soil conditions.
